To connect to CMG Remote Web Access, follow
these directions carefully:
Note: The following directions are for
Windows XP computers only!
- On your
computer, click Start > Programs >
Accessories > Communications > Remote
Desktop Connection.
- In the
window that appears, click the Options
button.
- On the
General Tab, replicate the settings shown
Figure 1 below.
- Click the
Save As... button and save the Remote
Desktop Connection settings to your desktop.
Save the file as CMG Server. See
Figure 2 below.
- You should
now have an icon on your desktop labeled CMG
Server. Double-click this icon to gain
remote access to the CMG Server. Use
the Username and password provided on your
CMG Password sheet connect.
